In a powerful and emotional video, former LDS contestant on The Voice Lauryn Judd shared a moving message about suicide awareness and prevention. On YouTube, she wrote:

The feelings of being alone and not being enough are real, but NO ONE is alone and EVERYONE is enough. Suicide is a permanent outcome to a temporary problem, so STOP and HOLD ON. Someone will catch you. We need to help others around us to know that they are not alone and that there is always someone that will be there to catch them. Be kind to one another. Love one another. Care for one another. Catch those in need of your help.
